Mira

Already dusk The attempts at unveiling the emotions go in vain Soon the moonlight will descend on the ocean of love The nymph of my desires, then, will tread through the woods seeking the unsought, hearing the unheard and feeling satiated over some assurance never given ---Jimmy Sharma

My student's composition

It's the moment of pride for me to share the views of a sensitive and a shining student of B.A. Eng. Hons. (First Sem) Shruti Sharma: Why? Why you look at me like that, Is that your business whether i am slim or fat. Don't you feel bad when your taunts makes my tears roll down, ah! I cannot see any safe eye in this whole town.    Is that mine scarf or sleeve, that make your soul so creep. Nobody can understand, my pain is really deep.  A  six month old or young lady, you are not at all prejudice . All that you want is to suck her blood like a lice.

Talkative person

You know who is the most talkative person? The one who is afraid of his or her loneliness The one who puts masks The one who is always considered a "bindaas"/"bore" The one who lives so many roles The one who undergoes thousands of emotions but cannot express about even one of the personal musings --JSharma

A poem from my book ECHOES WITHIN

Bruises Beyond Body All credence is given to their bodies. But no empathy for their bruises, scars and bites. Such wounds take place somewhere else also— deep inside their minds and souls— but remain unnoticed. Calling them mere prostitutes is like declaring an etherized patient as dead with no emotions, no expressions. Just a body is seen and penetrated — like an experiment, like a toy. Had these fellow beings be given a genuine look, deep penetration of sentiments; a new world would have emerged for them with the shining sun and the gentle breeze. --Jimmy Sharma
